Finally back with a new Beat Making Sundays video! This beat is called “I Will Live” and it is a nice r&b crossover track that would work great for a rapper and singer duo! It has a ballady feel but could work for a hip-hop artist too.
Malek at ASCAP iStandard Producer Showcase

This past weekend I attended the ASCAP Expo in Los Angeles! It was an incredible weekend and met a lot of amazing music creators. I will definitely be back next year!
I was selected as one of the eight producers for the iStandard Producer Showcase, which was part of the Expo on Friday, April 19, 2013. I actually ended up winning the showcase, which was pretty crazy! The judges were DJ Don Cannon, Symbolyc One (S1), Da Internz and Harmony Samuels. Huge shout out to J Hatch and Don Don DiNapoli for putting on a great event. Enjoy!
